This duplex villa with private pool is located in Boğazici in a new complex with 6 individual villas. The villa is spacious (154m2) and modern furnished with a large garden and a private pool. It is only on walking distance from the village of Boğazici where you have local shops where you can find the basics, restaurants and daily fresh fish. Every Sunday you have the local market where you can buy fresh vegetables, fruits, cheese, olives, clothing, etc…. At lesser then 300m you have a sandy beach.

The peaceful fishing village of Bogaziçi. This is a unique location where Tuzla Lake unites with the Gulf of Güllük. As well as an abundance of wildlife, Tuzla is also a place of special historical importance. Ruins of the ancient city of Bargilia, including a Roman temple, can be seen scattered over this area of breathtaking beauty and calm. Today, a few fish restaurants fringe the waterfront of Bogaziçi, offering the day’s fresh catch, while pretty, traditional stone houses line the roadside.
