The living room has a TV, DVD player, CD player & laptop with secure wireless internet access.
There are three bedrooms (1 double bedroom with cot and single bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, and an extra single bed if needed).
There are two bathrooms – one with a shower, WC & sink, the other bathroom has a double shower cubicle, sink & WC.
For guests with young children, we have stair gates and can also provide a cot, baby bath, changing mat, highchair and lots of plastic utensils.
The garden has a large parking area, boules court, 12m x 7m heated swimming pool, a gymnasium and lots of space to run round.
The games room is situated opposite the pool area and here you will find many amusements, such as table tennis, table football, board games, books, huge DVD library, and a TV area with Xbox 360 and many games. Paints, pencils & crayons are also supplied.

The Pool and Gardens are shared with our 1 other holiday home- L'Ecurie, which sleeps 4 guests.
The owners live on-site,soare always there to offer advice and a glass of local wine.
A 30% deposit is required to secure the reservation, with the remaining 70% paid 8 weeks before the start date of the holiday.
A Security Deposit of 130 Euros is required against any damage caused to the holiday home.

Our cottage is set in the pretty village of Lairoux and has stunning views over a wetland valley from the private terrace.
The long sandy beaches are only a 15 minute drive away and our nearest town for shopping and supermarkets is only a 10 minute drive.
