CASTELO. This district is one of the finest in Lisbon and it’s well-known for the presence of many nice tiny streets with some really beautiful balconies. Even if there’s a little slope, the landscape and the good smell of food coming from the restaurants make the walk pleasant. Before arriving to the castle you’ll find a small esplanade with one of the best views of Lisbon and it is worth entering the Castle to enjoy the landscape and the nature. From here you can see the entire city, and the « 25 of April » Bridge on the horizon. The district is connected to Alfama by the typical tram nº 28, which will take you to the most important attractions of the city.
