We offer a range of holiday apartments in a purpose built structure in a rural beachfront location 1 km north of El Cotillo in peaceful northwestern Fuerteventura. Apartments all have two bedrooms - a queen size double and a twin and are thus suitable for 4 adults maximum. An additional child or baby using a folding bed or cot can be accommodated at a small extra charge. Each apartment has a modern shower room/WC (some have wet rooms or bidets - ask if you have specific needs), a modern fitted kitchen with either a gas hob, or an electric induction hob (some apartments have ovens), a microwave oven, fridge or fridge-freezer, electric coffee machine and toaster. Each also offers a living area with dining table and chairs, comfy seating and Spanish digital TV and patio doors to the outside. All apartments have either a terrace (downstairs) or balcony (upper floor) with table and chairs and magnificent sea views. Ground floor apartments also have a couple of sun loungers. WiFi is available via radio signal - not the broadband of northern Europe and not suitable for live streaming but generally sufficient for Skype, youtube and general web surfing. Bed linen and towels (changed weekly), all gas, electricity and water costs and final cleaning are included in the rental rate. Suited to families, sun worshippers and seekers of peace and quiet.

Casa Mirador on the upper floor with great sea views. Standard price 70 EUR per night for up to 2 people. Each additional person 15 EUR per night extra.

Casa del Sol is an upper floor apartment with south facing suntrap balcony and stunning sea view. 75 € per night for 2 people. 15 € per night for each additional guest up to a maximum of FOUR people.

Casa Lago on ground floor is beautifully equipped and furnished with locally made furniture. Great sea view. Standard price for 2 people 80 € per night. Additional guests up to a max occupancy of 4 adults plus 1 child, 15 € per person per night extra.

Casa Playa is the largest ground floor apartment with the largest terrace. The price for 2 people is 85 € per night year round. 15 € per night for additional guests up to a maximum occupancy of 5 people.

Casa del Mar is another large ground floor apartment with double aspect terrace, the quietest in the complex and newly refurbished to a very high standard. 90 € per night for 2 people year round. 15 € per night for additional guests up to a maximum occupancy of 4 adults plus 1 child.
