The accommodation houses up to 11 guests in each chalet apartment. When the chalet is rented up to 22 guests can stay with us. Each independent apartment has 4 bedrooms with double beds, while one bedroom additionally has a bunk bed. Therefore 9 guests can sleep in the bedrooms. The spacious livingroom offers a sleeping couch met mattress for 2 adults. This brings the total to 11 guests. Each apartment also has 2 bathrooms each with a toilet. One bathroom has a bathtub with shower, while the other bathroom has a shower. Additionally there is a separate guest toilet. A key differnce between the Garden Apartment and the Penthouse apartment is that the ground floor in addition offers an infra red sauna cabin. Both floors have a spacious living room with open kitchen and a dining area offering fabulous views on the center of Kaprun, the Kitzsteinhorn glacier, Lake Zell, the mountains of Zell am See, the golf course and the Tauern Spa Kaprun. The kitchen is fully equipped with Siemens and Philips equipment, like an oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, Senseo, Nespresso and a toaster. This allows you to enjoy a nice breakfast and evening meal with your friends. However, should you wish to eat out Kaprun and Zell am See offer many restaurants. The house is heated with underfloor heating, so that cold feet are warm in no time in winter. Heating is with a heat pump in view of the environment. In the separate ski room, you can store your equipment and heat your boots at night, so that they are warm and dry the next day. For your enjoyment we provide Netflix and a Wii video game console. You can watch the video and foto's you made during the day, by using 4K Apple TV. All connected to internet with free high speed wireless broadband.

Please note that an infra red cabin sauna is only available in the ground floor apartment. Washing machine and dryer are only available during the summer season, as this rooms service as ski room in winter.

Kaprun and Zell am See are lively destinations with longstanding history, traditions and culture. Many events are organised year-round. In summer the region is ideal for various mountain related and water related sports and actvities given the mountains and the lake. However, the region is mostly known for its excellent abilities to ski and snowboard in light of the glacier that offers winter sports abilities almost al year round.
