Welcome! Paul & Lucia welcome you to our Charming 6 bedroom English owned accommodation accommodating 15 persons. Situated in beautiful sunny rural Charente Maritime in the middle of the vine region of South West France.
The accommodation is comprised of 2 properties, a 5 bedroom and 1 bedroom gite
With large garden and private heated swimming pool.
We offer peace and quiet in your Gite complete with beautiful views over the valley.
We are centrally located to all attractions, various destinations such as Jonzac, Saints, Royan, La Rochelle and Bordeaux.
The rolling countryside has to be explored and vineyards to visit.
The beaches of Royan are a short driving distance away but we also have many lake beaches as well.

The large Gite is comprised of:
Large fully fitted Kitchen with all appliances dish washer and washing machine, cutlery crockery cooking utensils.
Lounge.
3 double bedrooms, 2 with en suite shower and wc.
1 mezzanine double bed.
5th bedroom has a double and 2 single beds.
Family bathroom.
In the courtyard garden is located a Summer Kitchen, this is a shaded dinning area complete with a fridge used in high summer for lunch and evening dinner.

The small Gite has one double bedroom with cot, lounge with tv, kitchen and shower
Wc and terrace overlooking the pool..

In the main garden is located the private heated swimming pool with patio furniture a lovely view, Table Tennis, Petanque games are available.

Free WIFI is available in both Gites.

1ST May - 31st June, minimum 2 nights, any day arrival.
1st July - 31 August, minimum 7 nights, Saturday arrival only.
