This is a one bedroom apt with a Mezzanine.
Te building is a landmark Brownstone built in the 1900's and it's been newly renovated.
There are two queen size beds in the apt.
One in the bedroom and another in the Mezzanine.
We have "wifi" available dishwasher and even a working fire place.

This is an allergen free apt so no smoking or pets.

This apt is on 74st between Columbus Ave and Amsterdam Ave.
The subway is on 73st, one block away.
It is in a ginko trees block that make it feel very neighborhood like.
Its a block from Central Park and two blocks from the Museum of Natural History.
There are the mot amazing food stores like Fairway and Cittarela jut around the corner.
Restaurants on Columbus, Amsterdam and Broadway of all kinds.
What can I say its my neighborhood and I live here because I like it.
