With 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen, there is plenty of space for 8 people to relax and have fun.

Both lounges have large comfortable sofas, one has a real log fire whilst the other has a dining area for 8 and sliding doors opening on to the patio area where a garden table and benches invite al fresco mealtimes!

The kitchen has all the pots, pans, crockery and utensils you could wish for in a self-catering property!

The bedrooms - one double and three twins - are furnished with natural wooden wardrobes and drawers with complimentary bed linen.

Set in its own enclosed gardens, you have walks and cycle routes right from the doorstep.

You can also hire our three reproduction Railway Carriages for groups of up to 22!

You can also hire our superb quality reproduction Railway Carriages - either on their own for small families of 2+2 or romantic weekends away, or hire all three Carriages together with The Station Masters House for larger family get-togethers or groups of friends of up to 22!!

You can also hire our children's Bouncy Castle or choose a leisurely day out by hiring from our range of cycles. We have something for everyone including tagalongs, towalongs and child seats for those too young to ride on their own. We even have a fun tandem and two custom Penny Farthings!!

We are surrounded by quaint towns and villages with tearooms and antique shops. Louth, our neighbouring town, has retained all its character and is still full of independent retailers and markets and is well worth a look.
Just on the outskirts is Hubbards Hills where it's a treat to walk along the stream through woodland and pastures.

For thrillseekers, Pleasure Island in Cleethorpes is just 10 minutes drive away and Cadwell Park has exciting car and motorbike races!

Numerous and varied beaches lie minutes away to the east while the rolling hills of the Wolds begin just a mile down the road.

Cycles and accessories for all are available to hire direct on site so you and your family can explore the quiet country lanes at a more leisurely pace.
